What has your journey at OPENLANE looked like?
I started out in customer service and answering phones. I then moved on to registration and signed up the dealers. I also did employee registrations as well.
What is something you are most proud of during your time at the company?
Probably training the employees who are now team leads. Seeing the team grow and advance and just being a part of their success is really fulfilling—there’s nothing else like it.
What do you like the most about working here?
My team. It’s a small but very strong team. We just click very well.
What’s a piece of advice for newcomers to the company?
Be confident. That used to be the most challenging thing for me when I first got to answer calls. So make sure to constantly ask questions about our products, tools and services if you’re unsure so you can be confident when speaking on the phone.
What’s your favorite part of customer service?
The flexibility that comes with providing solutions to customers. There are tons of routes you can go.
