Life at KAR: Q&A with Paige Atlatenco, ADESA Support Supervisor

Paige Atlatenco rose from customer service rep to team lead to supervisor in under three years. Read more about her ADESA journey in the Q&A below.   

What has your journey at ADESA looked like?  

I started through a contracting agency. I later got hired as a full-time customer service rep, team lead and then supervisor.  

What is something you are most proud of during your time with ADESA?  

My knowledge, growth and team. My goal when I first started was to work somewhere where I can grow and I’ve done that. I’ve learned a lot and come a long way. Also – my team is awesome and I’m very proud of them. They are so flexible and can handle any change thrown their way.  

What do you like the most about working at ADESA?  

The department growth. I never would’ve imagined how fast we would grow. We went from having 7 people on the phones to 60+ people currently.  

What’s a piece of advice for newcomers to the company? 

Be self-motivated. There are a lot of opportunities, but you need to push yourself and continue to motivate yourself and take advantage of them.  

What’s your favorite aspect of being a support supervisor at ADESA?

Diligence. For instance, following up, doing what you’re saying you’re going to do and staying on top of things. That’s how you provide great customer service.
